An additional payment option is to pay for the whole season in advance. If you choose this option, there is some discount on your tuition. You may contact the office for this payment information.

$10 discount given per month for each half hour past initial half hour ($86 instead of $96). Time may be divided between different students or the same student.

Student Enrollment, Fees & Schedules
The annual Registration Fee is payable at the time of registration along with the completed forms to confirm enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable. SIGNED POLICY FORMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE REGISTRATION FEE TO SECURE PLACEMENT. Tuition is based on a full calendar year and is updated periodically and posted on the website and at the front desk . Automated monthly payments are drafted on the first of each month. Months with holidays will have the same rates as other months, since tuition is determined by an average of 4 weeks per month.
Absences
No deductions or refunds are made for missed lessons. No make up lessons will be given for missed lessons unless absence is due to serious illness or emergency and sufficient prior notice given to the school office. (School activities such as sports, band trips, or medical appointments etc. do not qualify for make-up lessons.) If an absence occurs due to teacher absence, or school closing, a qualified substitute will be provided or alternate lessons will be arranged.
Calendar/ Holidays/ Recitals
New Song School will be closed for instruction one week during the fall, two weeks during Christmas Holidays, one week in the Spring, two weeks in the summer and Good Friday for Easter. Recital performances and rehearsals are part of the learning experience and count as lessons. At least two performance opportunities are provided during the year. All students are urged to attend.
Injuries & Care of Students
Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity before, during or after lesson time. The school is not responsible for providing before or after lesson care for students or siblings. Parents with students under the age of 6 must remain in the school during the classes. Students are not to be left at the school for excessive time periods before or after lesson.
Withdrawals
There is a two-month minimum for all lessons. One-month written notice within the first week of the previous month is required to discontinue any lessons. Withdrawal must be done at the school office of any of the campuses, not with the teacher and will not be accepted over the phone or by e-mail. You must complete & submit a withdrawal form provided by the office explaining your circumstances. New Song is under no obligation to refund monies paid without the appropriate written notification of withdrawal. No withdrawals will be accepted after November 1 for December, or after April 1 for May.
